Salon Massage
Holistic, sports or therapeutic/clinical.

A relaxation massage utilizes classic Swedish massage techniques. The massage therapist will use light to medium pressure, depending on the client’s preference, and the intent of the session is to help the client relax.
Sports massage requires a large variety of techniques, from general relaxation and stretching to postural realignment, deep tissue, myofacial release, personalised injury treatment and more. Treatment is personalised according to the client to suit your specific needs.
Clinical massage focuses on addressing specific medical needs such as fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos, and many more. Clinical massage addresses pain and chronic health issues.
Skin Restoration
Maturity, smoking, sun damage, scarring, weight loss, and pregnancy. The skin treatments have been designed with you in mind. Wrinkles, skin pigmentation, acne scars, blemishes, dullness, and stretch marks can be reduced, and more. There are two phases of skin renewal. During the treatment your skin will be assessed, pampered and improved, then you continue the treatments at home with a product made especially for your skin's needs.
Cellulite Relief Massage
Specifically targeting the hypodermis, this strong and vigorous massage works. There are many cellulite reduction methods out there and most have been found wanting but this strong and vigorous massage really works at reducing the appearance of cellulite on the body. Combined with our massage cream that helps increase the depth of the covering skin, cellulite visibly reduces.
Salon Oil Cleanse
Exfoliation is a common practice because, due to skin oils, dirt, makeup and other elements, our skin often has a greasy film over it that sticks dead skin cells, dust and dirt to our bodies. Exfoliation should gently remove this whilst stimulating the healthy skin to keep our pores clean and our natural barriers strong. Exfoliation can improve our skin health, produce a radiant glow, eliminate dirt and discourage acne and blackheads. There is nothing wrong with the oils in our skin, but we use products that cause our skin to overproduce oil and this leads to spots and acne, discolouration and premature aging. So why do we use gritty exfoliants, to clean our skin or harsh cleansers, that damage the skin? We have been sold the idea that these cheap-to-produce products are worth more than they are. This leads to a cycle of treatment that can only be improved by buying.....yes, more skin products. How does the Oil Cleansing Method work? Oil dissolves oil, so putting high-grade oil on your skin dissolves the solid oils that trap the dirt and block your pores. Getting the right oil is crucial as not all skins react in the same way. The oil is massaged into the skin, penetrating deep into the pores and hair roots. Then we use an Ancient Roman method of scraping to remove the oil. This also removes dead skin, dirt, and old oil. The Romans used to use metal scrapers, but these days we have access to a wide range of materials, and softer plastic tools are used to reduce irritation. Then a warm cloth is used to gently wipe down to ensure no excess oil remains followed by a cold cloth to ensure the natural oils firm up, reducing the amount of dirt that can get into your pores.
