I had a wonderful experience with James. I booked in as I was suffering from lower back pain. Not only did he ease the aches he gave some exercises to help remove the cause of the pain in the first place. I would book again if necessary.

What a great discovery! James is a professional, polite English gentlemen who makes you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you meet him. His in home massage service is so convenient. James is very skilled and his gentle manner helps you to relax. He also gave me exercise suggestions to develop and strengthen muscles that will improve my posture. James at Willow and Water was professional, knowledgeable and great value for money for a 60 minute massage. He individualised my massage by focussing on the areas that were giving me aches and pains and got rid of some stubborn knots in neck/shoulder area. The salon was clean and welcoming. James was also able to recommend strategies to reduce further aches. I would definitely recommend him.

I bought my son a gift voucher for a full body massage for his birthday. James was very professional to deal with, and all emails were dealt with extremely promptly.
My son has just reported back after his massage and had nothing but praise for James and his work, I'm sure he will be going back. The premises is also very conveniently placed for people on the North Shore. Definitely a 5 star recommendation!

What a hidden gem James is! He is very professional with a gentle and friendly manner, highly skilled and trained in his craft in England, an absolute pleasure to deal with, AND is incredible value for money. Very strong for deep tissue massages and also very gentle for relaxation. He is still building his business and I am sure he will do well, will be back !

James is lovely. I was very late to my appt and he was very nice about it, didn’t make me feel bad about it. He was very accommodating and informative and I left feeling really relaxed. Have already rebooked and will be telling all my friends about Willow and Water. For reference- the love to on is next to Unichem up the stairs at the Northcote Shops. :)

I have been seeing James for a couple of months now and have found that I am regaining mobility and am not in constant pain anymore. This is an amazing change for me as I have been suffering from chronic pain for over 10 years! Recently he worked on me, and noticed that my lower back was quite inflamed and asked if I had done anything to cause it. I recalled that I had slipped in the bath and realised that I may have hurt my back by doing this. The following week I had it attended to by my chiropractor, and am now recovered - with many thanks to James for pointing out that something was wrong. He really is one of the best massage therapists I've experienced - I highly recommend him!
