If you suffer from chronic musculo-skeletal pain and want to become more active, don't suffer as thousands before you have. The majority of musculo-skeletal pain can be overcome through sensible pain management, unfortunately, we don't always get it. I have suffered numerous injuries in my adventerous life and my last knee injury was referred by my GP three times and refused three times! But I didn't let it get me down. I went through my own programme and while I am still strengthening it, I have full mobility in a joint that wouldn't let me walk up stairs or even slopes without aid. Come in for a consulation and if I can't help you, no charge.

Cancellation Policy

Everyone's plans change, even mine! That's why there are no pre-payments and no cancellation penalties. You can cancel online or in person right up to your appointment time.
